Tricia is the owner of Schnauzer Heaven and oversees every aspect of the breeding program, grooming, and boarding services. She is responsible for maintaining compliance with State, USDA, and AKC standards, ensuring that all practices meet the highest levels of care, safety, and professionalism.

With a strong commitment to ethical breeding and husbandry, Tricia follows detailed care protocols for both puppies and adult dogs. She is actively involved in puppy training, early development, and socialization to ensure each dog is well-prepared for a successful transition into its new home.

Tricia also manages communication with both current and future puppy families, as well as past owners, providing guidance, updates, and ongoing support. Her dedication to transparency, education, and lifelong relationships with families is at the heart of the Schnauzer Heaven program.

Meet Scott – Facility & Grounds Maintenance

Scott is responsible for maintaining the Schnauzer Heaven facility and keeping our property clean, safe, and well cared for. He oversees general upkeep, repairs, and day-to-day maintenance to ensure everything runs smoothly for both our team and our puppies.

He also manages lawn care and outdoor grounds, helping keep the environment neat, secure, and welcoming year-round. His attention to detail and consistency play an important role in maintaining a well-functioning and professional facility.

Meet Ashlyn – Puppy Care, Socialization & Delivery Specialist

Ashlyn is a dedicated member of the Schnauzer Heaven team who plays a key role in raising happy, well-socialized puppies and ensuring they arrive safely to their new families. She helps with daily handling, early socialization, and enrichment activities that build confidence and prepare each puppy for a smooth transition into their forever home.

In addition to puppy care, Ashlyn assists with both ground and flight deliveries. She ensures each puppy is safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the entire journey, whether traveling by car or plane.

Families appreciate Ashlyn’s communication during delivery. She stays in contact by text message and shares photo updates along the way, giving owners peace of mind and the joy of seeing their puppy’s journey in real time. Her calm, attentive approach helps create a positive and reassuring experience from departure to arrival.

Meet Quentin – Puppy Transportation Specialist

Quentin is an important part of the Schnauzer Heaven family, ensuring our puppies arrive safely and comfortably at their new homes. With a calm demeanor, dependable work ethic, and genuine love for animals, he takes great pride in making each puppy’s journey as stress-free as possible.

Every puppy in Quentin’s care is treated as if it were his own. He carefully monitors their comfort throughout the trip, provides fresh water and regular breaks when needed, and maintains a clean, safe travel environment from departure to arrival.

Quentin understands that bringing home a new puppy is an exciting milestone for every family. He enjoys meeting our puppy parents, answering basic questions at delivery, and making sure each family has a positive experience from the moment they receive their newest family member.
