We use WhatsApp to share videos and pictures.
Our WhatsApp # is 864-293-1857 and is the only number you will be contacted from. When puppies arrive you will be added to that litters group.

• When puppies arrive, I will text you with the following information:
• Gender
• Colors
• Expected size range
• Pricing range
• You will have 24 hours to let me know if you might be interested in that litter.
• This helps me know who to keep updated and who to send videos to.
• This does not mean you are committing to picking from that litter.
• You may watch multiple litters at the same time.
• When puppies are 2–3 weeks old and their eyes are open:
• Photos of each puppy will be sent to everyone watching the litter.
• A WhatsApp group chat will be created for videos and ongoing updates.
• Puppy selection is done in the order deposits are received.
• When it is your turn (no later than 5 weeks old), you may:
• Select a puppy from the current litter, or
• Pass and remain on the waiting list for a future litter.
• The sooner you are on the list, the better—especially if you are looking for a specific gender, color, or size.
• You may continue to pass and move up the waiting list as others select.
• When it is your turn:
• You will be notified by text to select your puppy or schedule a visit.
• I will then move on to the next family on the waiting list.
• This typically occurs when puppies are around 5 weeks old.
• Once you select your puppy:
• Your deposit becomes non-refundable.
• Final payment is due prior to pickup.
• Puppies are ready to go home at 8 weeks of age.
• Teacup puppies may require an additional week.
• Per USDA regulations, puppies must be at least 8 weeks old before leaving.
• This also helps ensure a smoother transition for both you and your puppy.
